A University of Dallas alumnus, Kevin brings a whole-house view to residential real estate, built on hands-on work in negotiation, property management, market research, and contracts. Years of coordinating property maintenance gave him something most agents never pick up: a real understanding of how a home's mechanical systems work, and an eye for what to look for when something is not right. When a question falls outside his expertise, he calls on the network of trade specialists he built along the way, so nothing gets missed. Kevin grew up in a family of 11, and it shows in the way he works. He is at his best walking a family through the process with patience and candor, carrying the stress so the decision stays clear and stays theirs.
